YFD fly ash dynamic classifier
Salt rich coal ash sorting system is a large-scale, high efficiency and precision forced air flow classification system, which is well developed on the basis of the existing international advanced powder selection technology in our company. The YFD dynamic classifier, the main equipment of the system, absorbs the advantages of the same type of equipment both at home and abroad. It is especially suitable for the large fluctuation range of the original Ash Fineness and burning loss of the power plant, the small technical renovation site, the high performance of the supporting control system in China, and the ideal special equipment for the separation of the power plant fly ash. The main features of the technology are as follows:
The efficiency of sorting is high: the theory of eddy current classification, inertia classification and centrifuge classification is scientifically combined. The separation efficiency is up to 85% and more than 10% higher than that of the same sorting machine, thus the yield of finished products can be greatly improved.
Flexible adjustment means: it can be adjusted by the opening of the main air valve, the speed of the impeller of the classifier, the opening of the two wind valve, the adjustment of the position of the positive and negative zero points by the regulating tube (the bag filter).
High precision: a variety of measures to ensure the accuracy of the classification, 45um sieves remainder can be 1 - 20% in any position can be adjusted, positive and negative error is not more than one percentage point.
Strong applicability: uneven raw gray condition and uneven ash content have no effect on the quality of finished products.
Large volume of treatment: forced eddy current centrifugal separation technology, especially in large processing capacity, has a great advantage, which can handle more than 100T/h. It can match a variety of power plants with installed capacity.
The operation is simple, all can be controlled by digital on the operating disk. The general worker only needs to train for half a day. As long as it is strictly in accordance with the procedure, it can be skilled in the job without the experience of accumulating experience.
Wear resistance design, from the design principle and the design of the system operating parameters fully consider the wear resistance, and at the same time the system is easy to wear the wear resistance measures: the fan's fencing liner corundum slices, the impeller thickening, overlaying, the classifier can be dismantled and replaced by the wear-resistant cast steel, the angle of the blade, the bending radius design of the elbow. The manufacture and so on are all considered from the most difficult to wear damage. The elbow is lined with ceramic lining and thickened externally.
The investment province does not need to set up electrostatic precipitator and other dust removal equipment between the main fan and cyclone separator, thus saving many investments.
