First, an overview

The filter type dust collector has been used in Japan and some countries in Europe and America in 1970s. We have developed the pleat filter pulse duster on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology and combining with the GE filter technology in the United States. It is widely used in dust cleaning of steel, cement, metallurgy, precision machinery, grain, daily chemical industry, tobacco, welding and many other industries.
The filter cartridge deduster can optimize the design of dedusting process plan under different technological conditions, and produce various non-standard products to meet the needs of customers.

Two, performance characteristics

1, the use of surface filtration technology, filter cartridge filter accuracy, compared with the traditional filter bag area increased by two to three times, to achieve low emissions, low energy consumption.
2, the vertical filter tube suspension structure is used to facilitate the dust adsorption and dust cleaning, and because of the small shake of the filter material, the life of the filter barrel is much higher than the filter bag, and the replacement cost is low.
3, using the pulse jet cleaning technology and the special design of two times drainage, the ash removal effect is good and the energy digestibility is small.
4, use SIEMENS PLC automatic program control, and have both timing or manual two control methods; the key components that affect the main performance (such as pulse valve) adopt imported parts.
5. Compared with filter bag filter, it has the characteristics of large filter area, low filtration wind speed, low running resistance, less area, longer service life and simple maintenance.

Note: 1, the filter area in the above two tables is calculated according to the length of the filter tube 6m. If the user has the requirement, the filter can be reduced or properly increased to reduce or appropriately increase the filter area.
2, in the above two tables, the processing air volume according to the 0.8-1.2m/min filtering wind speed calculation, if the user request, may reduce or raise according to the situation.
